Award: Best of Best

Pitched by Jeff Solomon, CEO, on January 22, 2007

At Leads360, we don’t sell leads. We sell software to turn leads into customers.

I’m Jeff Solomon, CEO of Leads360.

Over 10,000 subscribers use our customizable and easy to use lead management software to distribute, track, analyze and convert more leads into profitable customers. In 24 months we’ve grown to over $300k in monthly recurring revenue; we bill nearly 80% on credit card; and no one customer accounts for more than 5% of our revenue. We’re already profitable and we’ve only scratched the surface of the market.

We are seeking money as well as advice. We’re looking for an investment of $1MM to fund rapid growth initiatives including sales and marketing, new product development and infrastructure.

I’m Jeff Solomon, I run a successful software company; and I need help getting to the next level.

RXVANTAGE, LLC — Los Angeles, CA

Award: Best Investment Opportunity

Pitched by Gregory Gilman, President, on January 22, 2007

The pharmaceutical industry spends $20 billion dollars a year on in-office marketing to physicians. There’s no reliable or efficient way for the 100,000 reps to communicate and schedule visits with the 900,000 doctors they call on. Doctors are barraged by up to a hundred reps a week, bogging down their practices, yet still have substantial no-show rates and insufficient drug samples for their patients.

Our customized online calendaring and communication system: provides reps with more access to doctors, eliminates canceled appointments, provides sample drugs as needed, and saves more than a billion dollars for offices and drug companies.

The product is free for doctors who will REQUIRE reps to use it to schedule visits. Drug companies pay a monthly fee for each rep to use the system because they’ll see huge ROI, and if they don’t, they’ll lose access to doctors and the competition won’t.

We launch this month with hundreds of beta physicians.

We’re raising 1.5 million dollars and targeting 12 million revenue, 7 million net in 2008.

I’m Greg Gilman, President of RxVantage.

AXIOTRON, INC. — El Segundo, CA

Award: Best Presentation (tie)

Pitched by Andreas Haas, President & CEO, on January 22, 2007

My name is Andreas Haas, CEO of Axiotron and we build the ModBook, the ONLY Mac-based Tablet computer solution for an untapped 64 million dollar market.

While the Windows-based Tablet PC market has been growing steadily over the last 4 years, the Mac-based Tablet market has remained untapped, because it is too small a niche even for Apple, who is the sole vendor of Mac-based computers.

The demand in the Mac market was validated by the resoundingly successful introduction of our ModBook at the January MacWorld Expo in San Francisco. Drawing the biggest crowd after Apple's iPhone introduction, our ModBook won one of the prestigious "Best-of-Show" awards next to Apple and Adobe. In the first four days after our ModBook's introduction, pre-orders already passed 20% of our first year projection.

We are now looking to raise an additional 1 million dollars to increase our production, deliver our first units in April and we expect to end 2007 with approximately 1.2 million dollars in profits.

The gaming industry is over $50 billion and growing 25% a year. Over 73 million people will play online games this year an average of 13 hours a week each.

Dogtown Gaming is a B2B advergaming company - advertising and gaming. Our segment of gaming is casual web-based games. People play for HOURS are a time. Legal changes creating millions more free players since our government is attacking pay gambling.

We deliver to our customers, ad agencies and brand or product marketers, targeted demographic or geography-based advertising, marketing and sales leads, HOURS of captive audience exposure.

Converting 5% of free players makes us a $5 million revenue company. Companies in this space sell for 10 to 20x multiple.

ECORNTECH, INC. — Los Angeles, CA

Pitched by Abbi Saperstein, COO, on January 22, 2007

What is more important, saving money or saving the enviornment?

We at Ecorntech believe they are equally important which is why we have created one of the world's most environmentally friendly lines of High Quality MDF and particle board, the stuff your office furniture is made of.

But ours is not of wood, its from Corn Stalk, and agricultural waste product 1/4 the cost of our wood based competitor's material. Our product samples are pilot production grade, USDA certified, U.S. forest products laboratory tested and apporved. We meet all existing U.S. quality standards.

What's more, we have an arsenal of future prodcuts and technologies, namely a plywood alternative in the works. We have a strong management and engineering team, and have a consulting contract with a Mongolian corporation and have purchase inquiries from government contractors world wide.

We are looking for funding for our first MDF factory here in the U.S. Join me, Abbi Saperstein and Ecorntech,

Saving the environment and making money!
